  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped winter vegetables (e.g., kale, spinach, and carrots)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a quiche dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add the chopped winter vegetables and turkey bacon to the egg mixture.
