  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium apple, julienned
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, combine apple cider, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the skillet and reduce heat to medium. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened, about 20 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, apple, carrots, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and celery seed.
