  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease and line a baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine grated zucchinis, cheese, flour, and onion.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
