Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until lightly browned.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and add diced potatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in chopped kale and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
