  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
