Tuscan chicken pasta

A delightful combination of chicken, creamy sauce, and turkey bacon in a Tuscan-style pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and spinach; cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Mix in cooked pasta and turkey bacon.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk.
  • Add your favorite vegetables for extra flavor.
