- 4 tablespoons truffle butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, halved
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the Cornish hens dry and season with salt and pepper.
