Tiramisu Cups

A delightful and indulgent dessert that brings the classic flavors of tiramisu into perfectly portioned cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until it forms soft peaks.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
  3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Sift cocoa powder on top of each cup before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, consider adding a splash of coffee liqueur to the coffee.
  • Let the cups chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
