- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- In a bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until it forms soft peaks.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Sift cocoa powder on top of each cup before serving.
Notes
