  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter, and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in eggs one at a time.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While the puffs cool, whip the cream with powdered sugar and fold in passionfruit puree.
  8. Slice the cream puffs and fill with the passionfruit cream.
