Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to one piece of bread.
  6. Layer the cooked turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and avocado on top of the cheese.
  7. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm.

Notes
