  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 rice paper wraps

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  4. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Soak rice paper wraps in warm water until soft.
