  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well. Then, mix in the red food coloring.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Take a scoop of dough, place a dollop of cream cheese in the center, and encase it with more dough.
  7. Place the stuffed cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
