  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the brown butter, pumpkin puree, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
