- 1 cup unsalted butter, brown
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
