  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the spinach and feta cheese.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
