- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
