A delicious spinach and ricotta pasta bake that offers indulgent comfort in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, spinach, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add the marinara sauce and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked sausage or sautéed mushrooms.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
