- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, spinach, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add the marinara sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
