A delicious and spicy ground beef stir-fry bowl made with garlic veggies and served over steamy rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed garlic veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed veggies and cook until just tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste, mixing well.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of chili paste to taste.
  • For more crunch, add some cashews at the end.
