  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  4. Add the cooked udon noodles and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  5. Stir in the sliced green onions and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

  • For extra spice, add more chili garlic sauce.
