  • 2 ripe pears, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cranberries, pears, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Pour the filling into the center of the crust, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
