A delicious recipe combining spaghetti with a creamy sauce made from turkey bacon and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams turkey bacon
  • 200 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
