  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
