  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cream of tartar, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
