- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 tablespoons baconnaise
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Divide ground beef into equal portions and form balls.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until a crust forms, then season with salt and pepper.
- Flip the burgers and add cheddar cheese on top. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Toast the buns in the same skillet.
- Spread baconnaise on the buns, add lettuce and tomatoes, then place the burgers on top and serve.
Notes
