Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and onion soup mix, then pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
