Sheet Pan Herb Roasted Turkey and Cranberry Pecan Stuffing

This easy sheet pan turkey recipe features herb roasted turkey served with cranberry pecan stuffing, perfect for Thanksgiving!

  • 1 whole turkey
  • 2 cups cranberry pecan stuffing mix
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
  5. Place the turkey on a sheet pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 2-2.5 hours.
  6. Check the internal temperature and ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing.

Notes

  • Make sure to let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes after roasting.
  • For a crispier skin, broil the turkey for a few minutes at the end of cooking.
