- 1 whole turkey
- 2 cups cranberry pecan stuffing mix
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
- Place the turkey on a sheet pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 2-2.5 hours.
