  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs (like oregano or thyme)
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried herbs.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Slice the pitas and stuff them with mixed greens and cooked chicken.
  6. Drizzle with herby ranch dressing before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours.
