Salted Honey Pie

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, heavy cream, and sea salt until combined.
  6. Pour the honey mixture into the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for another 25 minutes until set and golden.
  8. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
