Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
  3. Toss the sweet potato rounds in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread the rounds on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
