Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Blend roasted red peppers with heavy cream until smooth; add to skillet.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and turkey bacon, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes for some heat.
