Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the rhubarb with 1/2 cup of sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and remaining sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
