- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sourdough starter, warm water, sugar, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios and raspberries gently.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
