  • 50 grams desiccated coconut

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Begin by whisking together the mascarpone cheese, coconut milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip the ladyfingers quickly in the brewed coffee and layer them in a dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Sprinkle half of the desiccated coconut on top.
  5. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Top with cocoa powder and the rest of the desiccated coconut.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
