Raffaello Coconut Tiramisu

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu featuring coconut and Raffaello flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Raffaello chocolates
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip together the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Dip each Raffaello chocolate into the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the chocolates.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense coconut flavor, use coconut cream instead of milk.
  • Experiment with other flavors of chocolate for different variations.
