Delicious and easy to prepare, these Quick Cranberry Meatballs make a perfect holiday appetizer using turkey bacon and a flavorful cranberry sauce.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar. Heat over medium until warm.
  6. Serve meatballs with warm cranberry sauce drizzled over the top.
