- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 small bell pepper (orange or yellow) for decoration
- 1 stalk of celery (for decoration)
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a pumpkin shape, using your hands.
- Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
