  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper (orange or yellow) for decoration
  • 1 stalk of celery (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a pumpkin shape, using your hands.
  3. Wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Once set, place the cheeseball on a serving platter. Decorate with chopped green onions as the ‘vine’ and use the bell pepper and celery as leaves.
