  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the pancake batter.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Crisp up the turkey bacon in a separate skillet.
  7. Serve pancakes warm with turkey bacon on the side.
