Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In another skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Serve the French toast with turkey bacon on the side.
