- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
