Pizza Grilled Cheese

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Once both sides are golden and cheese is melted, remove from heat.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
