- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped pepperoni, enchilada sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic, and onion powder to the skillet. Mix well and heat through.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon a portion of the beef mixture down the center.
