- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 quarts vegetable broth
- 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, and scallions), chopped
- 1 package reshteh noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
