- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix zucchinis, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Form mixture into small bites and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
