  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop the carrots into even pieces.
  3. Boil the carrots until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and return to the pot, adding the butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
