Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir frequently.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce, toss to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
