  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and wrap with turkey bacon.
  5. Place in a baking dish and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
