  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
  7. Fold in spinach, cooked pasta, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
