  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked through.
