- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until cooked through.
- Add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides.
