- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
