  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it.
  4. In the same pan, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, cauliflower rice, and turkey bacon to the turkey.
  6. Fill each pepper with the mixture and top with cheese.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until peppers are tender.
